Finally you must be thinking I didn't eat for 2 weeks and lost 3kg.
Actually I kinda regret making a food diary blog. Don't know why, but I feel like my food life is so boring haha to talk about. Also because I feel like I'm in prison, weight watching prison. I still eat junk and nasi lemak but I have been cutting down/out my dinner due to heavy or late lunch. Sometimes I will have a bread for dinner. I think its great, we've been doing it wrong! dinner is not suppose to be heavy or like a gala event haha coz we don't use as much energy at night after dinner and the food starts showing as spare tyres in the next few weeks.
I have to confess, I eat KFC 2 days ago. SORRRRRRRRY ARRRRRGHHH I WANT EAT KFC I LOVE KFC!!! I don't like diet, I don't like exercise... this isn't working out for me.
OH my bf is dragging me to climb stairs at Saga Hill or Bukit Gasing this Fri/Sat/Sun. Sounds like hell to me.
I started as 76kg now I am 74kg. Not bad.. its time to say bye bye to Coke.

miu miu, to be more effective, ban soft drink from your food dictionary, not even a drop!! and always drink plain skyjuice to go with any food instead of lemon tea et al. you will lose weight even faster that way. we will get sugar from other stuffs we ate, so don't worry about shortage of sugar :P
Finally you update this blog.I like this blog :) Anyway, congrats on the weight lost! I feel for you and am very happy for you. The 'sounds like hell to me' sounded so cute. I think you should go :) KFC? Hahahaha..

So good your bf drag you to climbing..i ask my bf bring me to play badminton, then he just play his PS! then play badminton with his friend...i was gained 4kg this year..:(

wow...congrats!!! i luv ur food diary blog.somehow it gave me inspiration to lose weight as well.I used to be 50 but now i'm 65 hihihihih....i hv been trying to lose weight but keep on failing....
